Landlord Tech Guide helps independent landlords — the 1-to-50-unit crowd — choose property management software without the guesswork. We publish independent, research-grounded buyer’s guides and comparisons, built from real, current data — not recycled marketing copy or AI guesswork.
How we research
Every price, plan, and per-unit fee we publish is captured directly from the vendor’s own website at the time of writing — never from memory or assumption. If we can’t verify a number from the source, we don’t publish it: we tell you it’s unavailable and point you to check directly.
Our guides pass an automated quality check before they go live that blocks any price which doesn’t trace back to a captured source, flags unverified feature claims, and requires a clear affiliate disclosure on every page.
On reviews and ratings
We deliberately don’t publish star ratings or review scores. Public review platforms skew heavily negative for business software — satisfied users rarely post, frustrated ones do — so a single number tends to mislead. Instead, we read recurring complaint themes and surface them as honest “friction to know about” notes, and we lean our recommendations on verifiable facts: real pricing and real captured features.
How we’re funded
Some links on this site are affiliate links: if you click one and later become a customer of that product, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Every page that contains affiliate links says so. Commissions never decide our recommendations — the captured data does, and our quality checks are built to keep it that way.
Landlord Tech Guide is published by SaaS Talon. Nothing here is legal, tax, or financial advice — we review software, not statutes.
